Whichever continent your on, a freshly baked Christmas cake can be part of your Christmas festivities this holiday season. 

My 5* highly rated luxurious Christmas cake is filled with soft sweet cherries, rich sweet juicy currants, Thompson Raisins known for being, sweet and juicy, mixed peel, Middle East sultanas that are grew on popular vineyards from white grapes. covered with a layer of traditional marzipan and sweet royal icing. Your cake is then decorated and placed in a cake box, before being packaged for shipping.

Brandy Infused & Matured Cakes
The dried fruit used in my luxurious fruit cake is blended with 36% APV Soberano brandy. Soberano brandy is matured in American oak casks for a prolonged period of 5 years, delivering a spicy caramel aroma blended in to the currants, cherries, peel, raisins and sultanas. I mature the cake every 7 days with additional brandy till the point of dispatching your cake. Your cake is then covered with a layer of traditional marzipan with a brandy infusion and sweet royal icing. Your cake is decorated with my red spread design and placed in a cake box, before being packaged for shipping.

Ordering After December 1st

During the holiday season logistic companies are under added strain, together with the impact of the pandemic. I recommend purchasing priority shipping as this will ensure the carrier delivers your cake in the quickest time possible. 

Preparation Time
My matured cake is available for pre-ordering with deliver in time for Christmas 2021.

All orders placed before November 30th (Economy Shipping) December 10th (Priority Shipping) are guaranteed for Christmas or your money back.

Serving Information

My 4″ cake is approximately 3” high, weights 1.4kg and serves 4.
My 6″ cake is approximately 3” high, weights 1.4kg and serves 8.
My 8″ cake is approximately 3” high, weights 2kg and serves 14.
My 10″ cake is approximately 3” high, weights 4.5kg and serves 21.
My 12″ cake is approximately 3″ high, weights 6kg and serves 28.

Alcohol Cakes

The purchaser of any brandy cake is confirming they are of at least 18 years old and they will not be giving any cake to any persons under 18 years of age.

Delivery Information 


Please inform me if you would prefer immediate delivery or delivery in time for Christmas 2021. Your cake will be delivered by one of our delivery partners anywhere in the world within days and as quick as next day in the UK, Europe and USA.
