International Shipping

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been trialing International shipping utilising DPD and FedEx. Our trials have proved successful and it’s with great pleasure, we announce our cakes can now be shipped internationally!

During the summer, we conducted a number of trials to ascertain whether our cakes could arrive quickly intact and fresh. Our trials involved our cakes being sent to Europe, along with the East and West coast of the United States of America.

European Trials

Our cakes were shipped using DPD using both the economy and European priority service offered. Using the economy service, our cakes arrived within 5 days and within 1 – 2 days using the European priority service.

United States Trials

In advance of shipping our cakes, we notified US Customs and Border Protection ensuring our cakes didn’t get delayed by CBP. Our cakes were shipped with FedEx using the economy and priority service, using the economy service our cakes arrived on both the East and West Coast of the USA within 3 – 5 days. Cakes sent using FedEx priority were delivered the next morning before 10:30am.

Following our successful trial, we are pleased to launch worldwide shipping with delivery in 5 days or less! All our cakes are baked to order and will be baked the evening before being shipped, ensuring our customers receive a truly fresh moist cake.
